The form below is only for residential and small scale industrial pickups. Residential Societies can create drives to discard old clothes and have it recycled through 110Suppliers and ensure that it does not reach the landfill. Please note that this form is for bulk pickups where there are more than 25 homes in a residential society or more than 250kgs of clothes in total.

Please note:

This form must be filled by an authorised member of the working committee of the society. Communication to the residents of the society must be done by the working committee to ensure that all residents get enough time to gather and pack their old clothes.

List of items we do not accept:

• Plastics (all types)
• Glass or Metal objects
• Heavily soiled clothes
• Under-garments
• Shoes

List of items we accept:

• All clothing items accept the ones mentioned above.Bedsheets, curtains, tapestry
• Old books (all except religious books)
• Condition of items: New, lightly used, Old and even torn items are accepted as long as they are clean.

Packaging instructions:

• Please pack the clothes ect in cloth of plastic bags
• Please tie the mouth of the bags well to avoid the contents from falling out during transportation.
• In case the items are packed in heavy nylon zipper bags, you can request the return of the bag at the pickup location. We will empty the contents into the transport vehicle and return the bag to you.

Permissions and other conditions:

• Society or premises owner must provide all necessary permissions in advance for this activity.
• Society or premises owner must provide a written acknowledgement on the their letter head for the donation of the clothes to us for safe passage of the transport vehicle.
• Any claim/return of items by anyone from the society will not be applicable once the items leave the society premises.
